High-tech innovations come to retailing (AP)



Macy's Womens Shoes Specialist Felicia Dixon holds their shoe locator technology at the Macy's Arlington, Va., store Nov. 30, 2007. Without leaving the customer's side, Dixon uses a small, handheld electronic device that essentially summons the shoes in the right style, color and size, from the stockroom.
