When I started looking into building a home (I'm still currently renting, which drives me crazy) there were a ton of options. I know several guys in the construction business, butnone of them do any home design - they just build. So, with that in mind I set out looking for a custom home builder that will design, and build. I already have the land situation taken care of, I just need a house to put on the plot. I've been considering getting in touch with a company called Schumacher Homes - they seem to be in quite a few states. If they're growing like that, they must be doing something right. Anyone have any experiences with them?
