Common Mistakes in Blogging

You had started your blogs for months now. But then, you’re also starting to be impatient on earning an enormous amount of money from your affiliates, contextual ads and even from your own products. I hate to tell you this but, blogging is easy. However, earning from your blogs, is less easy. This is the same reason why I don’t want to visit those Alexa-top-blogs I because I get intimidated on how they reached that far. But apparently, they are the must-visit blogs if you wanted to be a successful-six-figure-blog-earner. Earning big gets along with the right attitude, right purpose, right medium and right manifestation.

I have searched those top blogs wherein they had figured out the common mistakes in blogging. Of course, I listed mine and you still can find these mistakes on my very blog site. I called these common mistakes as the 5 A’s Mistakes.

About Me Page. When I visited sites especially those popular ones, I first browse on the About Page. This naturally talks about the author/s of the blog sites. The reason for doing this is that we wanted to ensure we’re not just misled by those bogus who just wanted to make fun of us. We also wanted to know their humble beginnings in the blogging industry.

Ads. It’s a big NO-NO to put all the Ads on your web page. Initially, I did this thing. Well, I aimed on earning fast, which definitely will not be achieved in just a snap. Let me throw this question to you. Can you appreciate a blog with 75% ads and 25% blog-with-unsure-content? Bad idea.

Archive. The very reason why blog or web blog is synonymous to journal ‘coz the postings of articles are posted consecutively. Also, the blog must be full of contents, discussions on something and beneficial to someone.

Arrogance. I’m guilty of this most common mistake. Blog statistics is made and shown to give viewers that your blog is existed or visited by other bloggers. It’s some sort of blog’s advertisement that implies your blog is a must-read blog. Feed Stats is like a talking ads saying, “I’m counting you in for reading this blog!” But, if you’re too proud to display your stat with a minimal feeds of 5 or 10, just like what I did. The talking Feed Stats would probably say, “Visit another site, this is useless.”

Angst-ridden. Be patient. Plan your things to do to reach the roadmap to your success. Write everything that comes to your head. If you don’t know what to write, learn to filter your mind. Plan. Prioritize. Perform.

Those are the 5 A’s that I mistakenly treated as tips to my blogging success. I also listed the 5 common sites that disclosed their common mistakes. Take a look. Maybe your sites possess these mistakes.
